These terms apply when you use zytonabowl.com, order from Zytona Mediterranean Bowl Co. (“Zytona,” “we,” “us”), or interact with us through our website chat or our Google Business Profile, including Google’s AI agent. By using these services you agree to these terms.
We work to keep our menu, prices, calorie counts, and hours accurate everywhere they appear. They can change without notice, and the price at the time you order is the price you pay. Prices on delivery apps may differ from our in-store prices.
An order is confirmed only when we or our ordering partner confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it. Orders placed through a delivery app or catering platform also follow that partner’s terms.
The USF student discount is for in-store orders with a valid student ID. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, and we may change or end them at any time.
Catering trays, Bowl Bar setups, and large orders need advance notice. Quantities, pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms are confirmed directly with us before your event.
Our kitchen uses common allergens, including sesame, wheat, dairy, tree nuts, fish, and soy. Vegan and gluten free items are prepared in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. Tell us about any allergy or dietary need before you order.
Our website chat and Google Business Profile may use automated assistants, including Google’s AI agent, to answer questions. Their answers are for general information only and can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing an automated assistant says creates an order, price, or promise until we confirm it directly. Do not misuse our website or chat, try to disrupt them, or use them for anything unlawful. The Zytona name, logo, photos, and content belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Our website and chat tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Zytona is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
